The festive season at Priory Court Care Home was filled with warmth, music and community spirit, making Christmas a truly special time for our residents, families and staff.

We were delighted to welcome St Paul’s Church, our local church, who visited to share beautiful Christmas carol singing. The familiar carols brought joy, comfort and wonderful memories for many of our residents, creating a lovely sense of togetherness.
Music played a big part in our celebrations, with special Christmas music days hosted by Music in Mind and Rebecca Jay. These sessions were a huge hit, encouraging residents to sing along, reminisce and enjoy the uplifting atmosphere that live music brings to care home life.

Our dedicated staff also got into the festive spirit by organising Christmas Jumper Days and a fantastic Christmas raffle, raising funds to support activities and treats for our residents. The colourful jumpers and friendly fundraising added plenty of laughter and cheer throughout the home.

One of the highlights of the season was a very special visit from our Christmas guest, who delivered gifts to all of our lovely residents. Seeing the smiles on their faces was a truly heart-warming moment for everyone involved.

At Priory Court, our team goes above and beyond to create a warm, festive and homely environment, ensuring our residents can fully enjoy the magic of Christmas. From music and community visits to thoughtful gifts and decorations, it was a season full of happiness, connection and celebration.

We would like to thank everyone who helped make Christmas at Priory Court so memorable — from our local community partners to our incredible staff team. We look forward to creating many more special moments together throughout the year.
