Job Title: Health Care Assistant (Nights)
Location: Lytham Court Nursing Home
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 24 hours per week (Night Shifts)
Pay: £13.15 per hour
About the Role
Ambleside Bank Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team.
As a Night HCA, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and support during night hours
Assisting residents with mobility and repositioning
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to needs promptly
Carrying out regular checks and maintaining a safe environment
Supporting residents with dignity and respect at all times
Completing accurate records and handovers
What We’re Looking For
A caring, calm, and reliable individual
Previous care experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
A proactive and responsible approach to care
