The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents to live fulfilling and dignified lives. You will lead by example to deliver safe, person-centred care that meets each individual’s physical, emotional and social needs.

About You

You will be caring, compassionate and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of older people. Previous experience in a senior care, care assistant or support worker role — particularly supporting people with dementia — is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, empathy and commitment; full training will be provided for the right candidate.

To be successful, you will:

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it (fully funded training available)

• Be confident working as part of a team and supporting others

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
