Job Title: Health Care Assistant

Location: Lytham Court Nursing Home

Hours: 44 hours per week (Day Shifts)

Pay: £13.62 per hour


About the Role

Lytham Court Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team.


As a HCA, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and supported.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support

  • Assisting residents with mobility and repositioning

  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to needs promptly

  • Carrying out regular checks and maintaining a safe environment

  • Supporting residents with dignity and respect at all times

  • Completing accurate records and handovers


What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, calm, and reliable individual

  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills

  • A proactive and responsible approach to care
