Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Nights)

Salary: £13.15 per hour

Hours of work: Full time. Night shifts - 36 hours per week.

Shifts: Our shifts run from 8 till 8.

Key Experience/Characteristics required:Our Healthcare Assistants must have the right caring mind set and be passionate about helping people.

You must enjoy spending time with people and building relationships. You must be a good listener and communicator.

You should either hold an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or be committed to working towards this, by making the most of our free training programmes provided.

You must live within a commutable distance to Wigan.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming during night shifts.

• Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring high-quality care.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment within the care home, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, utilizing strong English and IT skills to document care activities.
