Registered Nurse (Nights) - Gillibrand Hall

Gillibrand Hall | 42 hours per week | £20.11 per hour

Gillibrand Hall is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a permanent night-shift basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and wants to be part of a supportive care home environment.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse at Gillibrand Hall, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to our residents throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.

• Administering medication safely and accurately.

• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in condition.

• Working closely with care staff and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

• Supporting residents with dignity, respect and compassion.

• Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with CQC requirements and company policies.

• Providing guidance and support to care staff during the night.

• Responding appropriately to emergencies and escalating concerns when required.

Working Hours

42 hours per week, working on a two-week rolling rota:

• Week 1: 36 hours

• Week 2: 48 hours

The role is predominantly night shifts.

What We're Looking For

You will need to be:

• A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.

• Passionate about providing excellent standards of resident care.

• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.

• Confident in making clinical decisions and responding to changing needs.

• A strong communicator and team player.

• Committed to maintaining residents' dignity, privacy and independence.

• 
  

Previous experience within a care home or nursing home environment would be desirable.
